SiRS-2648 is a super spreading surfactant based on trisiloxane ethoxylate. It lowers the aqueous surface tension of spay solutions and promote the uptake of agrochemicals into plants.Typically, SiRS-2648 spay adjuvant ( @ 0.1% wt%) gives the aqueous surface tension lower than 20.5 mN/m, which is much better than conventional adjuvant. Compared with many other traditional spreader, SiRS-2648 features good compatibility with oil-based components.

How to Use
Formulation for agrochemicals:
SiRS-2648 can be used as a component of 0.5~8% wt in agrochemical formulations. Adjust the formulations PH value around 6.5~7.5 ( since it may hydrolysis under acid or alkaline conditions). In order to achieve the most cost-effective solution, trial test is recommended before use.
The tank-mix: As a tank mix additive, SiRS-2648 can increase spray coverage and promote absorption. Adjust the formulations PH value 6-8, and used up within 24 hours since formulated. Typically , 5g SiRS-2648 is recommended for every 20KG spray liquid, mix and stir well before use.

ABOUT SILICONE SUPER SPREADER
Agricultural silicone spreading and penetrating agent is a kind of silicone surfactant with super spreading ability. It makes the water surface tension lower down to the 21mN/m at the concentration of 0.1% (wt.), after the mixture with the pesticide solution in a certain proportion, it can lower the contact angle between the spray and foliage, which can enlarge the coverage of the spray. Furthermore, it can promote the pesticide absorbed through the stomatal of leaves, which is extremely effective for improving efficacy, reducing amount of pesticide, saving cost, reducing environmental pollution caused by pesticides.

1. Used of spray mixed in drum
In general, add Agricultural silicone spreading and penetrating agent (4000 times) of 5g in every 20kg spray. If it needs to promote the absorption of systemic pesticide, increase the function of pesticide or reduce the amount of spray further, it should add the usage amount properly. In general, the amount is as follows: Plant promote regulator: 0.025-0.05%, Herbicide: 0.025-0.15%, Insecticide: 0.025-0.1%, Fungicide: 0.015-0.05%, Fertilizer and trace element: 0.015-0.1%. When using, dissolve the pesticide first, add RH-208 after the uniform mixture of 80% water, then add water to 100% and mix them uniformly. It is advised that when using Agricultural Silicone Spreading and Penetrating Agent, the water amount reduced to be 1/2 of the normal (suggested) or 2/3, average pesticide usage reduced to be 70-80% of the normal. Using the small aperture nozzle will quicken the spray speed.
2. Used of Original Pesticide
When the product added into the pesticide formulation, we suggest the amount of 0.5-8% of pesticide formulation. Adjust the pH value of the pesticide formulation to 6-8.
