SNY-271 is a alkoxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane. Compared with traditional methyl terminated PDMS, It brings more stability and convenience for production of silicone sealant. The alkoxyl group in both sides brings lower modulus for rubber and enhance its application properties.

Application
Mainly used as the raw material of organosilanol-type vulcanized silicone rubber, it can effectively suppress the viscosity peak caused by titanate catalyst, and can effectively improve the storage stability of alcohol-type vulcanized silicone rubber. This product can react with moisture in the air and release a small amount of methanol.
Good ventilation should be maintained in the occasion of use, and personal protection should be taken to prevent the product from entering the eyes.
