Product Description

SNY-298A is a polyether modified amino silicone oil. It can provide instant hydrophilic properties and outstanding softness and smoothness to all types of cotton fabrics.

• Soft and smooth treatment of knitted cotton fabrics
• Soft, smooth and fluffy treatment of towels and other fabrics

How to use
Typical microemulsion formula
• SNY-298A: 2 0%
• Glacial acetic acid: 0.3%
• Surfactant C13(EO)10: 10%
• First part of deionized water: 8%
• Second part of deionized water: 20%
• Remaining deionized water: make up to 100%

Process:
1). Add SNY-298A, emulsifier, and glacial acetic acid to a beaker, stir evenly, and slowly add the first part of deionized water until the mixture becomes a transparent liquid
2). Slowly add the second and third parts of deionized water, dilute, filter.

Padding method (24% active content emulsion)
For the padding process, it is recommended to use 20g/L-40g/L, padding at room temperature, and drying at 100-130ºC.

Dipping method (24% active content emulsion)
For the dipping process, it is recommended to use 2%-4% based on the weight of the fabric 24% active content emulsion of SNY-298A; immersion time: 20-30min; water temperature 45-55ºC.

200L Drums or 1000L IBC totes.

Storage
• Sealed storage in original containers. 
• Shelf Life: 12 months.
• Storage beyond shelf life doesn't mean the product is no longer usable, but a trial test is necessary for quality assurance.
