Product Description

Description
JC 1800 is a clear, colorless fluorinated synthetic oil with only fluorine, carbon and oxygen atoms on the molecular chain. It is non-flammable, chemically inert, safe in chemical and oxygen service, and long lasting. JC1800 commonly serves as base oil for high performance PFPE grease which provide excellent lubrication and protection in extremely harsh environments. JC1800 has following chemical structure:

Application
JC 1800 thickened by polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE), by adding other functional additives(e.g anti-rust additives, anti-corrosion additives), are main ingredients for most of high performance PFPE lubricant grease. JC 1800 imparts outstanding performances for PFPE grease in extreme harsh environments. It is widely used in automobile manufacturing, machinery, chemical, electronics, appliances, aerospace, military, textile, printing and dyeing industries.
