Product Description

SiMR-3919A is a solvent based concentrated mold release agent based on a mixture of silane, silicone resin and special polysiloxanes in a low flammable aliphatic carrier. It is suitable for wide mold-release application including polyurethane elastomer castings (e.g shoe Industry), phenolic, polyester, epoxy resin and rubber molding processes. Especially formulated for the production of polyester mono-density unit soles and/or direct injection where it is required a good surface for post-painting operations.

How to Use
When SiMR-3919A is used as mold release agent, it can be used directly after diluted with suitable solvent. It can be also formulated. It has good release ability and can give products excellent gloss.
When SiMR-3919A is used in paint care and glazing products, it can give the substrate long-lasting and excellent gloss, improve adhesion with substrate.

Dilute SiMR-3919A with solvent with dilution ratio around 15-30 times. Brush, spray the dilution on surface of mold. Spray gun is recommended for better performance. Trial test is necessary to determine optimistic dosage.
