SiEM-245 is a non-ionic silicone emulsion based on alkyl aryl modified polysiloxane. It features good high temperature resistance and good mold-release and lubricity. It is a important ingredients for water-based metal die-casting lubricants.

Application
SiEM-245 is typically used for the formulation of release agents for the thermal moulding of rubber, plastics, and low melting non-ferrous metals (aluminum, magnesium, zinc, etc). The main active ingredient of SiEM-245 is a modified silicone fluid which brings the benefits of silicone fluids and mineral oils.
