Product Description

SNY-245 is a medium viscosity alkyl and aryl modified polysiloxane. Similar to SNY-240 fluid, SNY-245 owns good lubricity, mold release, hydrophobicity, compatibility with silicone fluids and mineral oils. .With introduction of aryl group, SNY-245 has better heat-resistance and abrasion resistance compared with SNY-240.

Application
SNY-245 is used for the formulation of release agents for thermal molding of rubber, plastics and low-melting nonferrous metals. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed, coated or bonded. Especially for:
• Polyurethane Processing
• Paint & Plastic Polishes
• Light Alloy Die-casting

• Sealed storage in original containers.
• Shelf Life: 24 months.
